Shock battalion shoulder title

Shoulder title with Bataillon de Choc registration and outline mechanically embroidered with daffodil thread on black wool.

Escutcheon not topstitched on a same wool color like the sleeve attribute.

The shock battalions are elite units trained in parachuting and commando methods, the 1st battalion of which was formed in 1943 in Staoueli in Algeria in order to provide support and reinforcement to the action of the French resistance.

Model 1) BON DE CHOC 4: Sleeve attribute of the FFI commando from Cluny who fought in 1944 in Besançon, Belfort, Thann and in the Vosges.
In 1945, the Cluny commando took the name of the 4th Bataillon de Choc.
