Old and/or refurnished button of infantry and mountain troops of Chasseurs with the hunting horn.

Formerly called the Light Infantry, whose job was to provide a skirmishing screen ahead of the main body of infantry, harassing and delaying the enemy advance. 

Its evolution is identical to the infantry model: model 1871 made in brass or aluminum, various other models in brass, zinc, lead or pewter.

- Different burnished or refurbished models:

Model 1871 in silvery aluminum, blackened aluminum, silver ferrous metal,

Slightly rounded button with bottom: silvery ferrous alloy,

Entirely cast button: lead alloy,

Rounded buttons with bottom: golden, silver ridged, whiten silver ridged (on request).


- Diameters: 10 mm, 15mm, 16 mm, small module (17 mm), 21 mm, large module (23 mm), 25 mm.
