Different restored authentic models of inflamed grenade button:
- Button model 1871 with staple (1871 to beginning of the WW1): brass, copper or aluminium,
- Slightly rounded button with bottom in iron or brass: painted (horizon blue, mustard to specify) or blackened,
- Entirely cast button (lead alloy),
- Golden rounded button (shiny or burnished) with bottom (in brass or tin),
- Silvery rounded button (shiny or worn appearance) with bottom (in brass or tin).
